Nathan Denman

Mr. Denman is excited to be joining the team at Jones Middle School! He is a clarinet player who student taught and then worked in Keller ISD this past year. 

Originally from Dallas, Mr. Denman graduated from Highland Park High School. He received his Bachelor’s in Music Education from Baylor University. During his time at Baylor, Mr. Denman performed with the Baylor Wind Ensemble, Baylor Symphony Orchestra, and Symphonic Band. In addition, he was a four-year member of Baylor’s athletic bands and performed for three years with the Baylor Concert Band on secondary instruments.

Before his time in Keller ISD, Mr. Denman was a lesson teacher and marching technician in the greater Waco and DFW areas including Garland ISD and Troy ISD. Here at Jones, he will teach beginning clarinet, saxophone, oboe, and bassoon classes, as well as co-teaching the Symphonic Band with Mr. Beck. 

Outside of teaching, Mr. Denman enjoys musicals, movies, cooking, and spending time with friends. Mr. Denman loves teaching music, working with students, and is excited to join the Rock Hill Band Family.
